Exercise, Exercise
Okay, we're into January eleven days and so far I have been able to keep to my exercise goal. My sister, Tanya, is thinking of having a stomach tuck and I decided I just needed to exercise. So I get up in the morning and get on the treadmill for 1/2 an hour. Then in the evening I have been riding my stationary bike. Talk about out of shape. By the time I finish a program I'm definitely winded. Jerry wants to ride bikes to Big Rock Candy Mountain this spring. At this stage, I don't think I could make it. Anyway, Tanya calls and informs me that she has lost three pounds since Jan. 1st. She's a mail carrier and she is working out like crazy with her son. They have a challenge going on. I'm hoping to at least be in shape for Young Womens girls camp in July. It would be nice if I could complete a hike without huffing and puffing. Wish me luck!

Half Over!
On Thursday, our school year will be half over. It seems to be going fast, but at times it seems to be taking forever. I missed school today because I had some kind of bug. I hadn't felt well since we went and ate at Hoover's Cafe. I'm not blaming Hoover's. I just have a sensitive stomach.
It was probably a got thing that I stayed home today because my doctor called and they are going to try to treat me with some different medicine before my next blood infusion. Sounds like I will be going to Gunnison. I'm sure that Jerry will be totally excited to go sit with me for four hours while I have a treatment. He dreads hospitals. I keep reminding him that he married me for eternity.
Next Friday, I'm headed to Austin, Texas, for training with the UEA. The weather forecasts predicts it should be around 76 degrees. Can you imagine? I might actually start looking forward to that weekend. I'll post some pictures when I get back.

Reach for the Stars
I'm so excited about this year's Young Women theme, "Be Steadfast and Immovable, always abounding in Good Works" Mosiah 5: 15
Anyway this whole year we are going to base our activities around stars. I bought the CD by Jenny Phillips and it's wonderful.
This is one of the video clips we will be using this year. I'm hoping that 2008 will be GREAT!
